We were greeted and attended to immediately when we arrived. The dining area was bright and clean, with a fun, colorful decor. The beverages & condiments were on a station in the dining area for serve-yourself & refills. The food was hot and enjoyable. The fried chicken tasted very good, as well as the Shrimp Po’Boy sandwich. You have a choice of sides (I like the corn or the mashed potatoes with Louisiana-style gravy). We enjoyed our visit here.

**Popeyes Drive-Thru Employee Review: Maria** We frequent this Popeyes location often since it’s close to the office, but today was a standout experience thanks to Maria. She absolutely nailed our order—everything was correct, from the food to the drinks, and she even made sure we had napkins and everything else we needed. This is the first time we’ve had such a seamless experience here, and Maria deserves all the credit. She mentioned she had been out for two months due to a medical procedure, but you’d never know it by how efficiently and professionally she handled everything. It’s clear Maria takes pride in her work, and it shows. Her excellent service made our visit pleasant and stress-free. Welcome back, Maria—you’re doing an amazing job!

Got the spicy chicken sandwich and it was in line with expectations. The bun was really good and the tangy sauce adds a good touch. Chicken is nicely breaded. Wasn’t a huge fan of the sandwich but no complaints vs expectations.

Service was quick and they had the $5 pot pie in stock. I think it is not just heated from frozen, but cooked from scratch. Taste was good but I did have one slimy piece of chicken fat not meat that I had to discard and a small bone but otherwise it is very large in size and filling.

I ordered my food thru drive thru and I had a coupon I wanted to use. I get to the window and I believe her name was Dina. She hands me my food and gives me the total so I hand her my debit card with the coupon. I mentioned to her before she charged my card that I had a coupon and wanted to use it. She snatched my card with no receipt. So I asked her for a receipt and hands it to me. I’m driving off and realize she didn’t use my coupon. I would usually just leave it as is but because she was so rude I decided to go back. I hear her tell the manager in Spanish that I should’ve told her about the coupon before she charged me. Which I thought it was rude for her to speak in Spanish in front of customer. Which yes I do speak Spanish since it’s my native tongue but you rendered services in English so what’s the issue. So I mentioned it to her manager that she knew very well about my intentions to use the coupon and that either way if she didn’t use my coupon she could’ve simply just given back but no that even after she charged me I had to ask her for my receipt afterwards since she didn’t give me one. The manager was so understanding and gave me the difference back and said that she had told the employee that she knew better and could’ve changed it in the system after I gave her the coupon. Dina if you don’t like your job do something about it, get find another one that simple.

My first time at Popeyes and it was good. Chicken has great taste, also the mashed potato, their mac n cheese is really good, also the biscuits with honey. The service was outstanding and restaurant was clean, also restroom was clean and didn't smell bad.
